Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By checking the agreement box and selecting Continue, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy for the displayed policy version. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the app.

Your acceptance is stored locally with the accepted policy version and acceptance time. A material update can require you to review and accept a newer version.

2. License to use Neon Block Drop

DMTools Games gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Neon Block Drop for lawful entertainment on a compatible device, subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store rules.

The app is licensed, not sold. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app, its code, branding, visual design, or other protected material to you.

3. Gameplay and local progress

Scores, challenge progress, settings, and policy acceptance are stored locally in this version. They are not guaranteed to remain available forever. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, changing devices, platform backup behavior, software defects, or later updates may reset or alter local state.

Scores, challenge completion, and booster rewards have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be transferred between players or devices. An optional rewarded-ad booster is provided only after successful completion of the applicable rewarded ad. Rewarded boosters are used during the current app session and are not purchases.

4. Acceptable use

Use Neon Block Drop lawfully and in a way that does not harm the app, its distribution, or other people. You may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, republish, or distribute unauthorized versions of the app or its assets.
• Modify the app for distribution, misrepresent an altered build as official, or use the DMTools Games or Neon Block Drop presentation to mislead others.
• Circumvent security or platform controls, introduce malicious code, or exploit app systems in a way intended to damage, disrupt, or obtain unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except to the extent applicable law expressly permits those activities despite this restriction.
• Use the app for unlawful conduct or to infringe another person's rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Neon Block Drop code, game presentation, original graphics, branding, text, and other original materials remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except for the limited license stated in these Terms.

Android, Capacitor, and other third-party components remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

6. Third-party platforms and services

Neon Block Drop runs through Android and Capacitor platform components and may be obtained through an app store. Your use of the device, operating system, or store may also be subject to separate third-party terms.

Neon Block Drop offers optional Firebase Analytics and optional advertising through Unity LevelPlay, including rewarded ads for gameplay boosters and interstitial ads associated with certain replays or retries. Analytics and Advertising are off unless you enable them through the separate choices in Legal & Privacy. Agreeing to these Terms does not enable either service. Firebase, Google Analytics, Unity LevelPlay, and participating ad providers are also subject to their applicable terms.

7. Availability, challenges, and updates

The app, its challenge campaign, rules, visual effects, features, compatibility, and availability may change through updates. Challenges may be corrected, added, reordered, or retired. An update may change how the app behaves or what device versions it supports.

DMTools Games may pause or discontinue distribution or development. There is no promise that every feature or version will remain available indefinitely.

8. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation

Neon Block Drop may contain defects, experience compatibility problems, or become unavailable. Operation can be affected by the device, Android version, app-store services, storage limits, permissions, or other conditions outside the app's control. Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

9. Proportionate disclaimer

Neon Block Drop is provided for casual entertainment on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional promise is made about uninterrupted availability, preservation of scores or progress, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DMTools Games and the app's contributors will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of local scores or progress. Any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

These limits are intended to be conventional and proportionate for a free casual game. Their application can depend on the law where you live; these Terms do not claim that every limitation is enforceable in every jurisdiction.

11. Ending use

You may stop using Neon Block Drop and uninstall it at any time. Your permission to use the app under these Terms ends if you materially violate them. DMTools Games may also restrict distribution or access to future services where lawful and reasonably necessary to address misuse.

12. Changes to these Terms

DMTools Games may update these Terms when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. If an update requires a new acceptance, Neon Block Drop may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms and Privacy Policy before returning to the Main Menu.
