Neon Block Drop
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2026 Policy version: 5
This Privacy Policy explains how Neon Block Drop handles information when you use the Android game.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Neon Block Drop, a casual Android puzzle game published by DMTools Games.
It describes the information handled by the app and the choices available to you. Android, your app store, your device manufacturer, and other service providers may handle information under their own privacy policies.
2. Information stored locally
Neon Block Drop stores a limited amount of game and preference information in local app storage on your device so the game can remember your progress and choices.
- Your Classic best score.
- Completed challenges and the resulting challenge unlock progress.
- Whether gameplay haptics are enabled.
- Your separate Firebase Analytics preference, which starts not configured and disabled.
- Your separate advertising preference, which starts not configured and disabled.
- The policy version you accepted and the date and time of that acceptance.
3. How information is used
Local game information is used to preserve your progress and remember your choices. Neon Block Drop does not send your saved challenge progress, haptics setting, policy acceptance record, or privacy preferences to a DMTools Games account or cloud-save service.
If you choose to enable Firebase Analytics in Legal & Privacy, selected game and app-usage information is sent to Google Firebase to help DMTools Games understand how the game is used and improve its gameplay, usability, and reliability.
4. Accounts and cloud storage
You do not need to create an account or provide a name, email address, password, or other contact information to play this version. Local game state is not synchronized between devices. Moving to another device will not automatically transfer it.
5. Optional analytics
Neon Block Drop uses Google Firebase Analytics only if you enable Analytics in Legal & Privacy. Analytics is off unless you make that choice. Accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy does not enable Analytics.
When Analytics is enabled, Firebase may receive information about how the game is used, including screens viewed, game and challenge activity, scores, line clears, play duration, booster activity, and interactions with optional rewarded or interstitial ads. These measurements do not intentionally include your name, email address, account identifier, policy acceptance time, complete saved game state, ad request identifiers, or detailed ad error messages.
Firebase Analytics may also collect standard app, device, installation, session, and engagement information under Google's Firebase and Google Analytics terms. Neon Block Drop does not request access to the Android Advertising ID for Analytics and does not use Firebase Crashlytics.
You can disable future Analytics collection from Legal & Privacy. Disabling collection does not delete events that were already transmitted. Analytics data retention and deletion are also affected by the Firebase/Google Analytics project settings controlled by DMTools Games and Google.
6. Optional advertising and boosters
If you enable Advertising in Legal & Privacy, Neon Block Drop may use Unity LevelPlay to provide optional ads. Rewarded ads may be offered when you choose a Rotate, Undo, Hammer, or Bomb booster. The associated booster is provided only after the rewarded ad is completed successfully. Closing an ad before earning the reward, or an ad that cannot be completed, does not provide the booster.
During a play session, an interstitial advertisement may be shown after every third qualifying replay of a completed Classic game or retry of a failed Challenge. The qualifying replay and retry count begins again when a new app session starts. If an interstitial is unavailable, gameplay proceeds normally without requiring you to wait for or view an ad. Interstitial advertisements do not provide boosters or other gameplay rewards.
Unity LevelPlay and participating ad providers may process device information, ad interactions, diagnostic information, approximate location, and advertising-related information under their own policies to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and report performance.
Your Advertising choice is separate from accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and it is also separate from your Analytics choice. Personalized advertising is a separate preference and is not enabled automatically when you enable general Advertising. Neon Block Drop does not currently request permission to access the Android Advertising ID.
7. Sharing and third-party processing
When you enable Analytics, Google processes the Firebase Analytics information described above to provide product and gameplay measurement to DMTools Games. When you enable Advertising, Unity LevelPlay and participating ad providers may process the advertising information described above. DMTools Games does not sell the gameplay and usage information described in this policy.
Neon Block Drop does not send your local board or challenge save to an advertising or cloud-storage provider, and Analytics information is not used as a cloud save.
Your device operating system, app store, or device manufacturer may separately handle information such as app downloads, device diagnostics, security events, or backups. Those activities are controlled by those providers and are governed by their own notices.
8. Retention and deletion
Local game information generally remains on your device until the app replaces it, you clear the app data, or you uninstall the app. Android backup, restore, device-transfer, or app-store features may affect whether local information is retained, removed, or restored.
Because Neon Block Drop does not provide an account or DMTools Games cloud save, there is no account-based game record to delete. You can generally return the game to its first-run state by clearing its app data in Android settings. Clearing app data removes local privacy choices, but it cannot recall Analytics information that was already sent to Firebase while Analytics was enabled.
9. Children and families
Neon Block Drop is a general-audience casual puzzle game. It does not provide an account system, social features, or forms that ask players for a name, birth date, contact details, or personal profile information.
Parents and guardians should decide whether the game is appropriate for a child and may use Android device controls where desired. This policy does not claim certification under any child-privacy law.
10. Security
DMTools Games seeks to limit the information handled by Neon Block Drop and relies on the safeguards provided by Android and its service providers. Device security, backups, other apps, and physical access to your device can affect the protection of locally stored information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
DMTools Games may update this Privacy Policy when Neon Block Drop, its services, or its information practices change. If an update materially changes the policy, the app may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before returning to the Main Menu.
The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest policy provided in the app.
